Yes — FastingInPractice.com is built specifically for this. The site has three ways to get your fasting questions answered, all free: 1. Search the Q&A library. The Q&As tab at fastinginpractice.com/articles has hundreds of community questions already answered. Search by keyword and you will find answers to most common questions immediately. 2. Browse editorial articles. The Articles tab covers every major fasting topic in depth — protocols, hunger, what breaks a fast, exercise, weight loss, women's health, social situations, and more. These are longer, research-backed answers, not quick blog posts. 3. Submit your own question. If your question is not already answered, you can submit it on the articles page and the community will answer it. Popular questions get turned into full articles. There is no paywall, no account required to read, and no subscription. The site also has a free quiz to find your fasting style if you are not sure where to start.
