How Do You Find A Christian Accountability Partner For Fasting?

Start in your own church — a small group, a Bible study, the person who already asks how you are — and agree a daily check-in rather than a weekly catch-up. For the days in between, FastSyncerFastSyncer's free community gives you people checking in on their fast every day, whatever they fast for. Click to download the app.

Asking, and keeping it

• Ask one person plainly. "Can I text you each day for a month?"
• Keep the promise small and the reporting daily.
• Separate the fasting from the reason for it. The practical side still needs a timer.
• Have a second place to report for the weeks they are away.

Free on Android and iPhone — open the Community tab and check in.
