The questions worth asking of any of them

What is behind the paywall? The listing says; an article guessing does not.
Is there anybody to talk to inside it? Fasting alone is the hard version.
Does it ask anything of you daily? One tap beats a weekly summary.
Does it change with your cycle? Few do.

Free on Android and iPhone — open the Community tab and check in.

What its App Store listing shows

Checked on 4 November 2026: Fastic Weight Loss & Fasting, published by Fastic GmbH. Apple shows the download itself as free, with a rating of 4.8 from 246,084 ratings. What any paid plan inside it costs is shown on that listing and can change at any time, so read the price there rather than here — and nothing else about their app is stated on this page, because nothing else was checked.

FastSyncer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Fastic GmbH. Their app's name appears here only to say which app this page is about.
