Ingredients

  • 2 scoops (20 g) unflavored or vanilla collagen peptides
  • 100 ml full-fat coconut cream (chilled)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) MCT oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (unsweetened, alcohol-based)
  • 200 ml cold water
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Instructions
