How do you deal with cravings at night when your eating window is closed?

Craving basically comes from the type of food that you eat. If you eat the right to food, you shouldn't be craving. For example, if you eat a lot of carbs The blood sugar goes up and then once it drops you feel. Hungry. So I would, I think, fix my food. And would go step by step.
