Why This Works for Intermittent Fasting
Full-fat coconut cream brings a naturally sweet, satisfying richness without any actual sugar, while a clean vanilla whey or collagen protein keeps the shake anchored in protein rather than carbohydrate. The high fat-to-protein ratio here slows digestion and extends satiety, making it a solid way to break a longer fasting window without triggering a sharp insulin spike.

Why This Works for Intermittent Fasting
Full-fat coconut cream brings a naturally sweet, satisfying richness without any actual sugar, while a clean vanilla whey or collagen protein keeps the shake anchored in protein rather than carbohydrate. Fasting Compatibility
This shake works well as a first meal breaking a 16:8, 18:6, or OMAD fast — the fat and protein combination supports steady energy without a blood sugar spike, and it's rich enough to feel like a genuine treat rather than a compromise.
